As you can see it has its own frame that mounts to the tractor frame, not one of those that mounts to the 3-point hitch and slops around. Mower deck has approximately 200 hrs and backhoe has only around 20 hrs tops. Tractor has 262 hours. Everything works as it should, is in excellent condition, fully operational, and run great. All hardware to attack mower included as well as 3 - point hitch. Loader and Backhoe will detach or attach in 5 minutes, belly mower in 5 to 10 minutes. Encoder strip was cleaned, carriage contacts cleaned, trailing cable seating checked, Scan-axis/carriage motor friction tested--checked out fine or replaced, slider rods cleaned and lubed, drive roller gears lubed, and exterior cleaned.
