I'm looking for a support group in the Des Moines area for Type 2 Diabetes patients. I asked at my specialists' office, have searched on the internet, on the American Diabetes Assoc site, and in several "groups" listings and have found nothing. I know I can't be the only person in the area who would want to meet with other people to discuss current information, frustrations and personal experiences with trying to manage this condition. Please let me know if you know of a group that exists. I can't believe that there's not one already established. Thanks!

I'm looking for 3-4 players for a Dungeons & dragons (3.5 ed) table top game. I'll be running the Dragonlance Key of Destiny campaign. This campaign runs levels 1-20.

The Key of Destiny series is set in the Age of Mortals era shortly after the war of souls and the return of the gods. For more information on Dragonlance's Age of Mortals http://www.dlnexus.com/lexicon/13210.aspx .

Allowed books and supplements are PHB, DMG, Dragonlance campaign setting (DLCS) and other Dragonlance supplements published by Sovereign press (Age of Mortals (AoM), Towers of High Sorcery (ToHS), Holy orders of the stars, Knightly orders of Ansalon, War of the Lance, Races of Ansalon, Dragon's of Krynn, Bestiary of Krynn: Revised, Legends of the twins), all of the "Complete" guides (excluding psionics, for the time being), Spell compendium (allowed, but caster pc's must research the spells or find them on scrolls, not as the 2 free spells per level, this aplies to any spell not found in the PHB, DLCS, & AoM), All other accessorys and supplements will be disallowed on a case by case basis. Book of the Nine Swords is not allowed. To use material from a specific book you must be able to have either the book or a pdf of it at the table for each session (The Dragonlance campaign books will be at the table each session as I have a hard copy of each).

Character requirements: At least 1 LG character, at least 1 character that can handle undead, and overall a generally predominately Good attitude (not completely required but this is not an evil or chaotic campaign).

Looking for people who are there to play D&D first everything else second, respectful players a definite plus. Previous D&D experience is a plus, but not necessary. If you are interested or have any questions please respond to this ad.
