Found adult brindle ( brown & white) Staffordshire Terrier (11/01/09), on the eastside, @ Walgreens. He was traveling w/ a puppy that looked alot like him. They were in traffic & barely avoided being hit several times. After I got them both safely out of danger & checked them for injuries & I.D. ( both had no collars) , then I called the ARL for info. on "found" pets. A lady pulled into the parking lot, got out, & said the pup was hers, but not the adult male. I didn't believe her & asked her for proof. She grabbed the pup & got in her car & drove off. So, I brought the adult male home w/ me. He's a very BIG boy & he's very well behaved, but he REALLY MISSES HIS PEOPLE!!!!!! He's VERY UPSET & whines constantly. If he's yours, he's ready to come home now. I don't know how long he can stay w/ me, & the ARL says to take him to the city shelter. Im worried what might happen to him there. Please call me @ 515-988-9294 or email me @ jenjens_a_gem@yahoo.com. DUE TO BREED, OWNER MUST BE ABLE TO POSITIVELY IDENTIFY THIS DOG!!!!!! MUST SHOW PROFF OR HAVE DETAILED KNOWLEDGE OF DOG!!!!!
