It is a split level town home, with two bedrooms and one bathroom located upstairs. I am a very responsible and clean person. I do smoke and drink on occasion. If the smoking is a problem I would be willing to confine the smoking to my bed room only. I spend most of my time in my room so you would have tons of space. The bedroom is 23' long and the majority of the room is 12'3" wide except for next to the closet and it is 10'6" wide at that part. Refer to pictures below to see what i mean. And the closet is 5' wide and 9' long. The bedroom is large enough for a king bed, entertainment center with tv, full size couch and love seat, with coffe tables and end tables. I know that sounds like a ton of stuff for a bedroom but my previous roommate had all that in there and it was quite nice how he had it all set up. So i know it all fits and is nice.

Just a little about us....My girlfriend and I live upstairs. We are pretty quiet people. We don't go down to the basement but to do laundry. Otherwise basement is usually a quiet place. So even though we are in the same house it�s kind of like you have your own apartment in the basement. I am 26 and my girlfriend is 23. We've been together for almost three yrs. I have owned the house for a little over five. I like to provide a nice place for someone to live for a reasonable price and it helps me out with the mortgage.

The walk-in closet in bedroom has wire racking that doubles as a shelf and clothes hanging all the way around at the top and in the middle. Full bath (stand up shower) is right next to the bedroom. The Basement is fully finished with laundry room and large family room. Laundry machines can be used for an additional $10.00/mo. The basement family room can be used as well (already a couch, chair, and TV there). The kitchen upstairs is free game. All I ask is that if you get something out put it away. If you get something out and make it dirty, clean it, and then put it away. Very simple I think...you respect my things and I will respect you and your things.

Street parking for the most part....unless there is a snow ordinance in affect, then driveway parking is permitted obviously. If you feel you have to park in the drive, all I ask is that your keys or a spare be kept in the kitchen so we can play musical cars when needed. My girlfriend and I park in the garage in the winter and in the drive or street in the summer. We are pretty active outside the home and when we are home it�s usually just to eat dinner and watch TV. Like I said it stays pretty quiet around the house. No big parties really except for an occasional cook out in the summer time, but only on weekends. Speaking of...I have a nice size deck on the back as seen in the pic below. My propane grill is fair game....we use it quite a bit in the summer.

My house is centrally located in Ankeny. Multiple locations to reach the interstate and surrounding highways. Pretty much anything a person would ever need is located in Ankeny.
