We are selling our ultra lite travel trailer, because we don't use it. We purchased it Brand New from the dealier in August 2007 ($25,500), and we took it out 5 times...this trailer is almost NEW.

It has a dry weight of 4580 lbs. (i.e., "ultra lite"), which makes it towable by a vary wide range of vehicles.

It sleeps up to 9. It has a Queen bed at the front end; a double bed/twin bunk combo at the rear. It has a slide out, full kitchen (stove w/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry), full bath (tub/shower, toilet, sink, vanity, medicine cabinet), outdoor slide-out cook top, outdoor shower, AM/FM/CD stereo with interior AND exterior speakers, awning, and TONS of storage inside and out. We had an interior and exterior protectanct package applied when we purchased it ($1,000) to protect farbics from stains on the inside and to make dirt, bugs, tar, etc. easy to wash off on the outside.

I will also include any of the extras I have purchased since...extra length of electrical cord, hoses for water fillup. I store it on a farm in Norwalk, and I am paid up through March 15th 2010...so you could store it at no cost until you can use it in the Spring!

This is a really nice old fiberglass boat with a 1987 Evinrude 30 hp motor that runs great. The motor has been taken care of every year and the boat as well. The boat is a 1976 14ft yellow and white v bottom bee craft. It is in excellent shape and great for fishing out of. It has an open bow with two built in seats and the main has two back to back seats so will sit up to six people easy with plenty of storage room also. This boat is great for tubing and fishing or just motoring around the lake during the day or at night. It has all the safety gear as far as lights and a throw pillow I'll "throw in" with the boat. Again it's an older boat but it's been loved and extremely well taken care of. The trailer just had two brand new wheels and tires with barings put on it this year and all the lights work. The boat and trailer is worth more than 1,500.00 but I really want a snow mobile or a four wheeler and can't have my cake and eat it to for storage reasons. This is my 1996 International school Bus. It is a 3800 series. The bus has a 466 detorit motor in it. The bus runs out great. I purchased it in September from a school bus contractor in Tennesse. I drove it home to Iowa with out any problems. It has been inspected and has passed inspection for the state of Iowa. Since I have owned it I have added a deck with fold down steps in the back to exit. I have also installed an almpine cd player that will go with it for the right price. Origionally the bus never had a radio. Subs,speakers, keg girll,rope lights and many other things may also be included for the right price. I have rearranged the seats more to my liking. I have all of the seats if wanted. The bus is in great condition. I purchased it because my buddies and I wanted a bus to go tailgating with. We used it a couple of times but it has been more work getting to the tailgating grounds the night before and finding a place to park it. It is now sitting in the shed. The block heater works excellent. Plug it in for a couple of hours and it takes right off.
