Studio is located three blocks west of Methodist Hospital...... the historic Sherman Hills area ...... It's on the bus line and within walking distance to to many businesses downtown as well as many places to dine out. Gateway Market is a few blocks away where they provide a trendy place to sit down or take out a variety of organic, natural and specialty foods pleasing to the palate.

The building is locked and secure with off street parking. Landlord pays heat, water and garbage pickup. Tenant pays the electric. The building is cable ready and has a newer washer/dryer facility on the main floor.

The wood work is good.
The efficiency has a small refrigerator but if needed will provide a thin standup refridge with freezer in the top, newer white stove, and a newer through the wall air conditioner. Apt has new carpet its the light grey at the door. Its a nice apartment very clean quiet inexpensive place for one person to live in. Apartment is top level corner with little noise from tenant next door. The building very quiet and it has to stay that way. Please no no party people. . . . this isn't the place for that.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING
