I have for sale a SIMMS 4 cylinder magneto. This brand of magneto was found in a number of different vehicle types. I cannot make out anything other than "SIMMS", so I really can't say what specific application this magneto was used for originally. This also includes the remains of the plug wires. The piece with the bars sticking out does rotate left and right. The shaft thru the magneto is stuck, although I do not know how tight as I only tried turning it with my hands.
