Joe Cool Snoopy Wind Up Toy - $5 (Ankeny)

I have for sale a vintage Joe Cool Snoopy wind-up toy. It does still wind up and the legs move if you are holding it in your hand. But, when you set it down on a surface it either just walks in place or stops moving all together. Not sure why it behaves this way.
