Complete and working (if you get on and pedal). I'm not sure about the timer; I never used it, but the speedometer/odometer works. Complete and in good condition. I wiped off the dust, but you're welcome to give it a good polishing once you own it. I can testify it will give you a good workout, if you go several miles. It has a tensioner, so you can make it harder or easier to pump. It would make a good addition to that vintage gym you're building.

Seat can be adjusted. I have it pretty high because I have long legs.

I can load this and bring it to the Des Moines area on one of my next trips. It is, however, very heavy, so please don't make me load it, if you're not serious about buying.
