I have for sale a gas cylinder moving cart. It is 39" at it's tallest point. The raised portion that keeps the bottom of the tank centered is approximately 6 13/16" in diameter. The flat portion that the tanks sits on is approximately 9 13/16" wide. I believe this was intended to stay on concrete or other relatively smooth surfaces. I believe it is in good condition for an item of this type and age. I have used it several times and it has always worked well for me. I am only selling it because I got a bigger general purpose cart.
