After close to a decade as a fitness coach, nutrition coach and functional movement specialist, I’ve learned that no matter how old you are… how many diets you’ve tried in the past… or how difficult it is to lose weight – there is hope! It is possible to lose weight – and keep it off.

But it takes a strategic approach, not a cookie-cutter program… not a crash diet… not a new miracle supplement – but a personalized weight-loss program.

The reason: it’s targeted to your specific goals and focuses every exercise and every nutritional tactic on making sure you reach it- and with your permission, I’d like to help you create such a plan.

You see, since 2009 I’ve helped hundreds of people including doctors, nurses, chiropractors, CEOs, athletes, and even exercise science professors. I’ve helped teenagers all the way up to 88 year olds. I’ve also conducted 51 wellness presentations for my corporate clients. So even if you’re a complete beginner or an experienced fitness buff, chances are I have strategies that will carry you to the next level.

If you qualify, I’ll personally help you create a game-plan to help you start losing weight and getting the physique you want. There’s absolutely no cost for this initial session and it takes about 45-60 minutes.

I’ll help you get clarity on your goals, debunk some common myths, and show you what to start implementing.
At the end of this initial strategy session, one of two things will happen:

1) You love the game-plan and decide to implement the tips and strategies on your own. If this is the case, we can still be friends and I will look forward to hearing about your progress!

2) You love the game-plan and become my client so that I can personally walk you through every step and make sure you reach your fitness goals.

If that’s the situation, get ready for an exciting ride. My coaching programs are backed by a Results-Guarantee.
That means after 8 weeks, if you aren’t feeling better… dropping inches… and moving closer to your goals… then you don’t pay a thing. Period. I’m after improving my clients’ lives and I know my programs deliver time and time again. And if I don’t deliver – you shouldn’t have to pay for it.

Basically, the worst-case scenario is you get a free strategy session where you get more clarity and guidance on your fitness goals. The best case is we start working together and you finally hit your weight-loss and fitness goals that you’ve been wanting to for years.

Over the years, I’ve learned who is the best fit for my coaching programs, and that’s why I have four criteria that need to be met in order for us to work together.

Here they are:

1. You have to be serious about losing weight or taking your fitness to the next level.

This is not for people who are wishy-washy or not really serious about making changes in their life. This is for people who are ready to learn and ready to change their life. More importantly, this is for people who are ready to quit spinning their wheels and start reaching their fitness goals.

2. You are looking for a trainer who comes to your home.

Some people have access to a gym. Some have a full-blown home gym. Some just have a dusty treadmill or a pair of rusty dumbbells in the garage. Whatever equipment you have (or don’t have), I can build a specialized program just for you. No need to spend an arm and a leg on new equipment. All you need is a small amount of space to workout in, that’s it.

3. You have to be within 40 miles of Des Moines.

If you live further than 40 miles away from Des Moines, then my coaching may not be a good fit. I travel to Pella, Ankeny, Johnston for my current clients and because of that I keep my clientele within that radius.

4. You must be willing to put the work in.

This is not for someone wanting "something for nothing". If you don't implement the program I give you, you're not going to get the results you want. You don’t have to be perfect by any means, just give it your best – and you’ll find it gets easier and easier.

Nothing too crazy, but those are the requirements.

Our initial strategy session will be roughly 45-60 minutes, and over the phone. During this call, we’ll get clarity about exactly what you want to accomplish… what’s blocked you in the past… and how to move forward.

From that call, if you believe my coaching will help you achieve your fitness goals, then we can discuss what that looks like.

And if you don’t want to continue, we can still be friends.
