Plan and optimize daily delivery routes
Manage driver schedules and assignments
Communicate with customers, brokers, and consignees
Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations
Provide delivery updates and proof of delivery (PODs)
Ensure accurate paperwork for billing
Support hiring, training, and team supervision
