I am selling my 73 Super Beetle and my accumulation of VW Type 1 parts and tools that I’ve collected over twenty years. The car was getting torn down years ago and sat for a few years before mice got into it. Most of the interior is trashed. Miles are unknown but I probably only put a few thousand miles on it when I was in high school/college. Some rust spots in fenders and battery ate a hole in the pan at some point. Has had front apron repaired before.

There’s way too many parts and tools to fully list but here are some highlights:
- Multiple weber carbs and linkages. Two were used as singles and two 44 IDFs were used as a pair on a 2110.
- Complete engine made from various parts that has an unknown oil issue. It was put together with various parts and stuck into a sand rail before a trip. Then during the trip it lost oil pressure but after it cooled back down it had pressure again. Hasn’t been looked at since. Currently has a Mallory Unilite on it with an unknown weber carb. Has a decent clutch with a kennedy state 1 pressure plate. The exhaust system on it was made for a sand rail. The engine stand comes with it.
- Original transaxle that came with the car when I bought it. As far as I can remember it was working perfectly before the car started getting torn apart.
- Tons of cooling tins, flaps, thermostats, a couple doghouse coolers and exhaust parts.
-Replacement pans
-Various engine parts like old rotating parts, flywheel, pressure plate, sumps
- All sorts of new seals, gaskets, bearings, belts, joints and bushings

$3300 Cash only
