Our girl Leia will ONLY drink from running water, so ever since we rescued her, she has always had a cat fountain. There is a very specific brand/kind she likes, which are getting harder & harder to find. Well, one recently broke, & while we were waiting for them to be back in stock, we actually had to buy her ANOTHER temporary fountain just to get her by.
(I warned you, this is ridiculous.)
So we picked out this stainless steel oversized (4 liter) model by "KittySpout" on Amazon for $70. It's been used for about 3 weeks, as her regular one showed up yesterday. I truly wish he liked this one MORE, as it's more-convenient in all ways -- easier to fill (from the top), a better water meter (lit from behind so you can see it's running low), easier to clean, & SO much quieter. But that's just how she is.

It has a nice, long cord & came with 3 spare filters + 3 spare carbon filters (we only use filtered water anyway). I cleaned it up with Dawn dish soap & a bottle brush, so it should pretty much be as good as new for someone else out there with their own picky cat.
