8' x 12' deck on IH gear with hydraulic hoist. 4x4 crossmembers under deck on 12" centers in vg condition. Deck is 3/4" plywood in fair condition. Hydraulic cylinder is in unknown condition. One tire is nearly new, the other 3 are various sizes and all hold air.
