Several years ago, I took over the edging/trimming/yardwork from my husband while he was recovering from knee surgery. I had to buy smaller, lighter, battery-powered yard equipment because his heavier-duty gas-powered stuff was too large for me to handle!
He's now all healed up, but this work has just become my job, which is fine with me as I like it! But, it also means we need to find a new owner for a lot of HIS equipment. This Riyobi gas-powered set is one of the nicer one -- it really is a cool set-up, where the shaft can take multiple head attachments. We have 3 of the attachments -- the edger, the trimmer, & the tiller -- & the unit itself.
Here are some of the listings from Home Depot -- keep in mind ours is about 4 years old, so it will be a little different, but hopefully you can get the idea on what it can do plus the price, also:
straight-shaft trimmer PLUS the actual gas-powered unit ($239 retail):

This should tell you most of what you'd want to know about it, I think -- the whole "bundle" would add up to just under $500 retail, or $350 if you didn't care about the tiller, so I think this price is fair. None of our attachments or even the unit itself has serious wear or tear on it, & I'd bet probably less than 40 hours of use on the engine. Everything works, & it's very powerful.
We do clean all of our yard equipment at the end of every season & store everything in the basement or garage,, so it has been well-taken care of.
If there's anything else you'd like to know about the Riyobi, let us know. Thanks for looking!
