Good looking twelve year old mare Missouri Foxtrotter that is approximately 13 hands, stands well for the ferrier and has good ground manners. We puchased her 2 years ago in November and rode her the following May. That May she had a colt and she didn't get ridden until the next year. Her training issue became apparent. She doesn't take a bit easily and someone needs to hold her while mounting or she will walk off, and she may lock up if she doesn't get her way. I'm a senior rider and Don't want to put up with that any longer. She likes to eat, a lot, but we've learned to deal with her over eating. I believe she has potential for the right person but I don't think she needs to have a heavy person riding her. https://youtu.be/X3Su4sd8mJ0?si=bNOYyslexeaCins2
