Our small business recently discontinued our water service, so we have both a full-size dispenser (hot/cold) AND this steel bottle rack we're hoping to find a home for. We purchased this rack on Amazon about a year & a half ago, I see it's no longer available to buy, but here was the original listing:

We paid about $40 for it. Note we do not still have the safety straps that I guess you're supposed to use to anchor it to the wall (?) -- believe me, even half-loaded, it is not going anywhere! It came with 2 carrying handles (see pics, although I never did use those).
It's a solid & stable rack with a nice coated finish. Even our old delivery driver was impressed! I just wish I had thought ahead & taken pics to show how the bottles slide in. The dimensions are in the ad, but here you go: 12.9"D x 25.5"W x 29.9"H
(it does disassemble using an allen wrench if needed)
