Position Overview: Concrete Laborer
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring Concrete Laborers for a large-scale flatwork project. Workers will assist with all phases of concrete operations, including form setup, rebar placement, concrete pouring, finishing support, and general labor tasks. Duties also include site preparation and cleanup to ensure efficient daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of outdoor construction labor experience required
Minimum 1+ year of concrete construction experience preferred
Experience with forms, rebar, concrete placement, and general labor tasks
Ability to work extended shifts (up to 12 hours per day)
Experience on commercial flatwork or large concrete projects preferred
Requirements
Proper PPE usage at all times (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, gloves)
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
