TeBock's Landscape is a growing landscaping company serving the Des Moines metro and central Iowa. We’re looking for someone we can train long-term—someone who wants to build skills, take pride in their work, and move up into a crew lead role.
What You’ll Do: This is hands-on, physical outdoor work, including:
Retaining walls and paver patios
Planting (trees, shrubs, flowers)
Mulching, rock installs, and firepits
Excavation and site prep
Expect to:
Lift 50+ lbs regularly
Work in all weather conditions
Stay active and moving throughout the day

This role is designed to grow into a Crew Lead position. If you show reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, you’ll have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibility and higher pay.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and shows up on time
Willing to learn and take direction
Works steadily without needing constant supervision
Positive attitude with teammates and customers
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to pass a drug test
Experience helps, but it’s not required—we’ll train the right person.
Schedule & Work Conditions
Typical hours: 7:00–5:00
Around 40-50 hours/week (varies with weather and workload)
Options for income during the off-season (year round pay for the right applicant)
Pay
Starting at $20/hour+, depending on experience
Opportunity for raises and advancement as you develop
Equipment & Work Environment
You’ll gain experience using:
Skid steers and mini excavators
Paver saws, transits, sod cutters, and more
