We oversee a few properties in Des Moines. For now we are looking for someone to do the services below, and bid on additonal items. Further, we need someone to do recurring work on these properties. This can escalate into more work, but we can't promise that for now. Typical work includes the following.
This is not full time work, and is to be treated as supplementary income. We are looking for a person that has their own tools and materials to complete this work, and reliable transportation. We require GL insurance, but can wait on this, until you are confident that it is cost effective. We do have work to issue immediately. ALL WORK REQUIRES PHOTOS.
