🔧 What You’ll Do:
Mount and balance new wheelsets using the provided equipment
Dismount tires from scrap/return rims
Pull wheels and tires from pick sheets
Use RF guns to log completed wheelsets
Look up inventory and stock for wheel components
Operate forklifts and hand trucks to retrieve and stage parts
Stack finished wheels on pallets
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Assist other departments as needed
Follow all safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards
✅ What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen
