What You’ll Be Doing:
-Eviction, lock changes, winterizations, landscaping
-Trash outs, boarding, basic repairs, janitorial services
-Recurring maintenance services
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience with property Preservation/REO work
-Your own tools, truck/trailer, and crew (or solo and efficient)
-Comfortable using PPW
-Reliable, detail-focused, and meets deadlines
-Communication is the key, and we expect honest updates
-Detail-oriented photos to justify bid and work completion
