The Westown Parkway Residences is hiring for the position of a Groundskeeper/Assistant Maintenance Technician. Candidate would be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of both the interior and exterior of the grounds Monday through Friday. They are also responsible for helping to ensure that the property is kept in good repair at all times and help resolve maintenance issues.
Pay is $18 per hour with a 60 day review for pay increase.
We are also hiring for an on call night/weekend Maintenance Person. This would be an Independent Contractor position. This person would be in responsible for responding to maintenance emergencies that happen from 4:00pm-7:30am Monday through Friday and from 4:00pm-7:40am Friday-Sunday. The compensation for this position is a free fully furnished studio apartment w/ all utilities and internet included. Candidate must have their own smart phone. They do not have to be on property during all of these hours, they just need to be able to reach the property within 30 minutes to resolve any issues.
