Summary:
Growing remodeling company seeking reliable, full-time crew members to perform residential remodeling and installation work year‑round. Work departs from and returns to our shop; reliable transportation required.
Key Responsibilities:
Install windows, exterior doors, siding, gutters, and decks
Perform interior demo, rough carpentry, framing, and finish work for kitchens and bathrooms
Measure, cut, fit, and fasten materials; follow plans and specifications
Use power and hand tools safely and maintain company equipment
Prepare job sites, protect client properties, and clean up after work
Communicate with lead carpenters, foremen, and customers professionally
Follow safety policies and building codes
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to/from shop every day
Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varied weather
Basic toolset and familiarity with common power tools
Good communication, punctuality, and teamwork
