Small flooring project (Polk city)

I have a small kitchen floor I’m looking to put flooring down in. It is 23x8.
This is a commercial kitchen so I’m thinking vinyl pieces or linoleum whichever you recommend would be best.
Right now it has linoleum that I would like to lay over.
