Big River guitars are made in St. Louis, MO, USA, by a familyowned, instrument company specializing in building custom guitars.
The Fuegocaster 2.1 is a custom Firebird/Stratocaster hybrid constructed of a two-piece, open-grain catalpa body sourced from Sand Hill Customs. It features a modern C-shape,9.5” radius, roasted maple neck with a bound rosewood fretboard, pearl block Inlays and 22 medium jumbo nickel frets. Hipshot locking tuners keep tuning solid, and the Forney custom 1/2 bridge w/ compensated brass saddles keeps it intonated.
It features a custom-cut vintage tortoise shell pickguard and Fender-style knobs w/ a flipped, longer T-style control plate, three-way switch, 500k CTS pots, 022 Mallory mustard cap, and John Suhr treble bleed, The Lollar soapbar P90’s can absolutely go from clean to mean, and it’s truly one of the nicest necks that I have ever played.
No gigbag or case, and if it is listed it is for sale. No trades, please.
