For sale this working unit, called a Strobo Tuner made by Conn. Model No ST6. Powers up and rotates so think it works fine, but don’t take my word for it check it out for yourself. Can meet in Des Moines or I live near Rhodes. I’m not a guitarist so have limited knowledge of how its supposed to work.
