NOTE: Amp pictured is not for sale, only the guitar and gig bag.
This is a 25" scale, zero fret instrument, original except for the blue paint, and new mounting screws for the pick guard and tailpiece (originals were not in the best of shape, so to speak). Body was not very well taken care of, a few dents, chips, a gouge; which did not help the sunburst finish look any better. I painted it after some filling and sanding, not a professional job, but looks way better than before.
The rest is all original, neck, body, pickup, pots, tuners, tailpiece, pick guard. Neck escaped the treatment that the body received back in the day before it landed in my lap. It all works, strung currently with 10-46 strings, action is good, pickup is a bit microphonic, but in retrospect, I believe heavier strings, maybe 11-52 and tuned down, (or not, up to you), or open tuning and playing slide would be the way to go. I had to lower the bridge all the way down to get a good string angle/action, which left the bridge height adjustment screws sticking up more than I liked. So in lieu of cutting them off and making things worse, I screwed on black pickup selector switch knobs. Beats tearing up the heel of your picking hand...
So, $120.00 cash, OBO, and includes the new gig bag pictured. We can meet at the Urbandale Police Dept parking lot.
