I’m a small business owner looking for a reliable, organized person to help with the backend side of the business, along with some creative support.
This is a remote, part-time role (8–20+ hours/week; more hours can be given with growth and performance ) with a flexible schedule. A computer will be provided. I’d prefer someone local so we can meet occasionally in person to stay aligned.
I’d also like this person to be available for a quick daily check-in (5–10 minutes by phone or call) to keep things moving smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing email inbox
- Sending invoices and tracking payments
- Assisting with client proposals (formatting, organizing, improving presentation)
- Helping keep projects and communication organized
- Occasional light creative input (documents, layout, etc.)
-Ordering job supplies
-Communicating start dates and projects with customers
-Can communicate work order changes to crew leads
Looking for someone who:
- Is highly organized and dependable
- Has a good eye for clean, professional presentation
- Communicates clearly and is responsive
- Is available for brief weekday check-ins
- Is local and open to occasional in-person meetings
Growth Opportunity (Optional):
If you’re interested in creative work, there may be opportunities over time to learn and assist with landscape design software and help support basic design projects. This is not required but could be a great fit for someone who wants to expand their skillset.
This could be a great fit for someone with a background or interest in marketing, communications, or design.
Pay:
$16–$18+ hour depending on experience
