We're looking to fill somewhat of a hybrid role. It's an active office position that includes a level of desk/administrative work, but also has regular "hands-on" activity as needed. This role spends about 80% of the time completing "desk work" with the rest being "on the feet" or "hands on" type activity.
Location: 10 minutes south of WDM, 10 minutes East of Norwalk
Compensation: $17.00/hr to start (review at 90 days)
Type: Full-Time / Perm (40hrs plus 5hrs a week optional OT)
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (Weekends Off)
Dress Code: Casual
When: Immediate.

What are we looking for? In order of importance.......
• Reliability/Stability - Solid attendance is a non-negotiable requirement. Applicants should be able to show, via their work history, that they have reliability and consistency.
• Interpersonally Effective – Age doesn’t matter, maturity does. We're looking for someone who can bring positive energy to the operation, join in, and be an effective team player.
• Computer savvy - We process sales orders, packing slips, invoices, purchase orders, update our web site, interface with vendors and customers in person and via e-mail. We use a variety of printers, and web based portal platforms every day so we need someone with solid computer skills.
• Problem Solving - The job duties require strong attention to detail so we need someone sharp. If you're good at thinking through situations, analyzing, and unraveling, you're the type.
• Dynamic - Someone with a mild blend of hands-on and administrative skills. Someone who's a bit of an office guru but at the same time not above pulling products, shipping, packing, making, helping, etc.
• Mechanically informed - We don’t need a certified mechanic, but a general knowledge of fundamental automotive and mechanical concepts would serve someone well. (If you’re the type that likes cars/trucks/horsepower it’s even better!)
• Work Hours - 8:30am-5:00pm
Position requires 40hrs a week and we have optional OT, but we may be willing to consider a 30hr per week employee.
In the end, we're looking for a team member that can help us take things to the next level. We have a dynamic team of good people here, are fairly down to Earth, and it's a solid place to work.
