We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and accurate person to join our front desk. Your days will go by quickly as you expertly answer the phone and help patients schedule their appointments. You will work closely with our team, to form a highly effective team which attends to all of the administrative tasks of the office. You will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities. You will have many opportunities for personal and professional learning and growth.
Qualifications and Skills
The most important requirement of this position is the ability to genuinely serve our patients, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency. You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers and the practice as a whole. Successful candidates should have the following work and educational histories:
- Completion of high school (or equivalent) at a minimum.
- Previous dental, medical or administrative experience.
- Record of improvement/growth within previous positions.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experienced with customer service techniques.
