Male golden retriever/springer spaniel mix, born 7/2024, available to rehome. “Duke” is handsome (dark brown almost black with white spot on chest, floppy ears), pleasant spirited, intelligent, athletic, highly energetic and loves to play fetch, yet strong willed at times. Follows basic commands. Good with school age kids and older, not good with other pets. Appears now fully grown at 45 lbs. Next round of vaccinations due in Oct/Nov.

Could be trained as hunting dog given energy level, retrieving ability and scent tracking. Sleeps well in kennel at night. Needs large or fenced-in yard for play. Small rehoming fee for Duke will also include kennel, training books, toys, remaining food.
