All of it is in perfect condition, just needs cleaned (which I will do if items are sold, as they'll otherwise just be tossed before moving in 2 weeks)
The only thing of note is that the big cage has a broken latch, but the doors still open & close just fine, and can be secured very easily with something as simple as a safety pin. Held my ball python just fine, and she was an escape artist, so I know she tested it.
Comes with 3 heat bulbs of different watts, 1 UVB, a light holder, water bowl, 4 digital humidity + temp monitors, and a temp regulator control. All of the wooden pieces pictured will comes with it as well.
