I have for sale a manual transmission pedal assembly that I have been told came from a 1982 thru 1993 Chevy / GMC S10, S15, and Blazer. The only part numbers I could find were on the brake pedal (14030814) and on the neutral safety switch (appears to be 14040818). You may wish to confirm that these are correct for your specific vehicle. I consider them to be in fair condition. I got them exactly as you see them.
