Bought to replace the column in my 2001 WJ; turned out that I didn't need it.
No airbag, 3-ign keys, has cruise and radio control buttons. Color is black.

I know this: If you don't have radio controls on the backside of your steering wheel, this still fits, and the buttons can be installed
in a wheel that is currently w/o buttons (must have correct radio).

Had a broken bolt on the tilt lever in mine. Thought I might swap the whole thing or use some parts. Did neither. Drilled the bolt out and threaded a larger hole and ordered a bolt to fit from mcmaster-carr.
