4 bed 2 bath house for sale. Sits on a .55 acre double lot in Linden IA. I started remodeling this house and am unable to finish the project so I'm selling it partly finished. I've added the dormers upstairs, it has a new roof, all new windows, new insulation, new electric and plumbing, including furnace and water heater, and new framing for more space.
It still has a little ways to go, but the basics of the house are complete, and I'm willing to continue to finish some of the existing projects, depending on the plans of the buyer. I could provide some rough estimates for project completion for serious buyers.
At the time of posting I have the ability to do some showings and can show you some of the estimates/bids that I have for some of the remaining work at the time of showing. Work takes me away from home semi-regularly though (part of the reason I'm selling the house early) so my availability varies.

Linden is about a 10-15min drive from both Redfield and Panora, sits on the Raccoon river bike trail and is about 40min-1hr from Waukee or Des Moines making it a quiet town, but not overly secluded.

I'm currently asking $135,000 but I'm also continuing to work on the house so that price might go up over time.
