I am currently working full time during the days in apartment maintenance and renovations. I am seeking night maintenance work (after 5pm) to make ends meet. I am a struggling divorced father . I have many years of experience in this trade and am looking for work in apartments, hotels, or other facilities. Primarily looking for apartments or rental properties to complete “make readies” or unit turns in vacant apartments or rentals. I have all of the tools, reliable transportation , and positive attitude. I love this work. I can do everything from unit turns; to basic electrical, plumbing , hvac, painting, drywall, appliance repair , installs , demo , trash outs , cleaning , etc. just give me a list or turn me lose in a vacant unit with all the supplies I need and I will get the job done. Whether it’s part time employee, 1099, or cash , I’m interested.
Would also consider working for individuals as a handyman / odd job man if you think I can be of use. I can provide a detailed resume and references . I’m also considering some early morning work before my full time job if you have something around 5am to 7:30 am. I’m a military veteran and have a clean background and don’t use alcohol or drugs or cigarettes.
I am passionate about this work and take pride in my work and appearance , I stay clean shaved and head shaved. I’m a busy body who feels guilty sitting around watching TV or hanging out in my free time. I’m trying to build a future for myself and children. My other hobbies / passions would be gardening , landscaping , yard work, cooking and cleaning. So if I can be of any use in those areas to you I’d be thrilled. Just throwing that out there. I do not own a truck I have a car. So if you wanted me to mow or do any landscaping / tree work or demolition, I’d be happy to but I can’t haul anything away or provide a lawn mower. Can also clean your car, change oil, pick up your dog waste, clean windows, gutters, house sit, pet sit.
