I have a finished bedroom in my house and I would like to have a roommate. House is a 3br 1+1/2 bath. Some storage (NOT a bedroom) in a dry basement. I have pets and so can you when you buy a home. No drugs, no drunks, no smoking. You must have a job and prove it. Room furnished with a twin bed set ( I have 2 beds that can be put together). Room for 1 person only.
