Very nice area with shopping and 35+ restaurants nearby, no crimes in this area. I have cats, but can't have any more animals. No couples. Would consider a single parent, and small child. Prefer non-smoker, but you can smoke downstairs if you do smoke. Background check required. Part of the deposit is used for cleaning, preparing, background check, and application processing (so $120 of the deposit is non-refundable).

If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you, cause we have a teenage boy who yells at his video games once in a while (and yes, he does cuss sometimes). I try to keep it to a minimum, but I can only do so much. While you’re sleeping, a box fan in your bedroom, and maybe some earplugs might help. Lol. But I just wanted to be upfront about this in advance.
