I am recently going through a divorce after a long marriage and am seeking a quiet, well-maintained place to live. I am a business owner and work long hours, so I am typically out during the day and primarily need a comfortable, peaceful place to sleep and recharge. I would prefer a private bath, but would consider other options if its a good fit. My budget is not exceptionally high, thus the available rentals posted here are not an option.
I am very clean, organized, and respectful of my living space. I do not have pets, do not smoke, and do not drink. I am looking for a rental in the North of Grand area if possible, though I am open to other locations in town.
My anticipated stay would be at least six months, though the exact duration is flexible. I would be happy to provide personal references or additional information as needed.
