condition: like new
make / manufacturer: Aliner
model name / number: Scout
size / dimensions: 15x6.5
Located in Wadena, IA (northeast Iowa) Purchased new/one owner. One (or two) adult campers. No smoking. No pets. No kids. Very clean – like new. Stored open in our big shed.

Standard Scout equipment including:
Side air conditioner.

Sink with city water connection. I did not use the sink and removed the faucet for a flat countertop area. Faucet included if you wish to install.

Rear couch/full size bed. The couch/bed was kept as a permanent bed with an 8” single mattress (included). The bed can be made into a full-size bed by using the cushions and/or adding a full size mattress. Cushions stored in the house and included in sale.

Front dinette converts to a single bed. Cushions and a 4” single mattress -- to place on top the cushions -- is included. The mattress is easy to move to rear bed if you want to use the dinette on rainy days or leave at home.

The Scout model does not come with a factory built-in fridge, furnace, or counter top stove. My preference, as less to go wrong and more counter and cabinet storage space. I cooked outside with a Coleman two burner stove or grill. Never cooked in the camper.

A small dorm fridge is included. At camp I placed it on the counter and on the floor for travel. Cools down fast once plugged in at camp.

Added customization:
Progressive Industries Electrical Management System. Interior – not the kind that plugs into the campground post and easily stolen. Installed in the cubby under the couch/bed. The display is on the lower wall by the couch/bed. Amazon price = $196 not including the installation by an electrician. Replaced the two usb outlet in side wall of AC cabinet with a combo two usb and 12v (cigarette style) outlet.

Two covers made with a 3D printer for the “blue light of the devil” above the bed/couch/dinette areas. I like it DARK when I sleep!

Since there is a factory installed electrical outlet inside the larger cabinet (for a factory installed fridge available on other models). I drilled a hole and installed a trim piece -- like used on an office desk (see photo) -- so the counter top dorm fridge can be plugged in while at camp without running the cord across the counter to plug in by the sink. It’s long enough that the fridge can be placed on the floor for travel without bothering to unplug it.

Table: I replaced the factory table with a custom table and fill piece for while in bed mode. The table is on an added lagun style mount and can swivel/etc. The factory table and slats will be included.

Curtains: I made custom curtains from the matching bed cover. They are heavier weight material and printed on both sides. (Did I mention I like it dark when I sleep?)

Also included are matching fabric inserts to slide between the pleated shades and bubble windows for more darkness! Plus, a fabric cover for the ceiling fan. Factory curtains are included with the camper.

Elfa Drawer System from The Container Store installed the cabinet where factory fridge would be on other models. The drawer system is included but not the dishes/etc.

Tongue box: Added an outside black metal tongue box to store all the camp set up items. Set up items not included.

Tires were balanced after purchase. The wheel bearings were professionally greased in March 2024. Tires are 2.5 years old and in great condition. Most say camper tires should be replaced every 4 – 6 years.

No leaks! I’ve been in some heavy rains both at camp and while towing.

Many of you may have seem my photos on this sweet camper on Facebook and I have enjoyed many wonderful camping adventures in my Scout.

The reason I am selling is that I’ve decided to sell my home in order to travel full time in an RV. Let the fun begin!

Please email me if you have any questions or are interested in purchasing the camper.

Happy Trails
