I only would like tenants for 2 months - 2 years that are just bringing a few suitcases.
Have had some renters for much looonger, so we can work something out if needed.
I do have rules, but they do work. No dirty dishes in the sink, no pets, shoes off at the door, no overnight guests for security reasons.
