Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Exterior Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in residential window installation and other exterior tasks, takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates professionally with homeowners, and maintains a clean and safe jobsite at all times.
Applicants must be properly licensed, carry valid insurance, and pass a background check before being hired.

Responsibilities:
• Install replacement and new construction windows according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Measure and verify openings for proper fit and installation
• Remove existing windows and other exterior components and dispose of materials safely
• Ensure all installations are weather-tight, level, insulated, and properly finished
• Perform interior and exterior trim work as needed
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
• Complete punch-list items and warranty-related service work when needed
• Transport tools and materials safely to and from jobsites

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of window and other exterior installation experience required
• Valid contractor’s license
• Proof of general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work on ladders/scaffolding
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality
• Must have own installation tools and equipment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Required Qualifications:
• Experience with vinyl, fiberglass, composite, and wood window systems, as well as doors (and other exteriors jobs such as patio and entry doors alongside siding)
• Knowledge of flashing, waterproofing, and exterior sealing practices
• Lead-safe certification required
