Responsibilities:
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and scope of work.
-Provide safe working environment.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Manage timelines.
-Assisting project manager with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
-Installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
-Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
-Provide excellent customer service to customer, subcontractors and co-workers.
Qualifications:
-5 or more years construction experience in metal framing, ACT, Finish Carpentry
-High quality craftsmanship
-Doors and Hardware developed skills
-Specialties experience is a plus
-Must have a valid Driver’s license.
-Good communication skills.
-Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
-Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects
Training Requirements:
-OSHA 10 & 30 Training is a plus or needed in the first 6 months.
Additional certification may be required.
