This trailer was built in 1977. It has white paneling. I do not know a lot about this trailer as I inherited it after the passing of my mother. The trailer has heat, (a very new ac system worth over $1000). The flooring will need to be replaced. There is no refrigerator at the moment but one can be provided if needed. The roof will more and likely need to be replaced within the next few years. There is a walk in bathtub with a built in seat and a moveable showerhead. There is a porch located on the side that may need a few boards. The windows will also need to be replaced within the next few years. The skirting along the bottom is in great shape. The frost cap and new heat tape was applied to the plumbing along with new plumbing on the inside. The trailer is in a live able condition currently but is definitely a DIY (flippable home) for remodeling/profit. I am asking $4500 or best offer.
