If you have been trying to sell a camper and havent had any luck. Im looking for a camper to buy from someone that will take payments. I have references for my rental history and have never been evicted from any place ive lived in. I tried getting one from a dealer but they wont do that for someone that wants to live in it at most places and they want a massive down payment. Im recently single after 10 plus years and just looking for an easier more simple way of living with my dog and I-plus my daughter that i have part time. I live in an apaetment now (not homeless) Im a 43 year old able bodied male, I can afford upwards of 4-500 a month for payments, 900-1000 if you have a spot i can put it on. (Just throwing that out there) I am willing to draw up legally binding contracts to protect both you and I. I am very clean and quiet and have landlords and references that can attest to everything if need be. Im staying in the area and dont plan on traveling away or any of that. (My family, kids and career are here, i plan on purchasing land in the future) let me know if anyone is interested. I know its a long shot, but figured id at least shoot. I will message anyone that is interested. I am in the Polk County Area, but willing to travel to pick it up and what not. I have the means to pull it.
I am also willing to pay more than what youre asking. If you want 5k, ill sign a one year contract at 500 a month, which would be an extra 1000 on top.
